Optimizing the User Experience and Digital Performances of the DAF Program

Our team supports the Federation of Quebec Chambers of Commerce. (FCCQ), in promoting the Doing Business in French (DAF) program, an initiative that assists small and medium-sized businesses of 25 employees or less that are located in the Outaouais, Montérégie, Estrie, and Capitale-Nationale regions.

Optimizing the User Experience and Digital Performances of the DAF Program

The program aims to help businesses in the manufacturing, agri-food, restaurant, agricultural sectors, as well as those offering professional, scientific, and technical services, to further integrate French into their business practices.

Our mandate: redesign the website to improve the user experience and facilitate lead generation, while deploying a multi-channel media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Spotify) to increase awareness and drive enrollment among eligible businesses.

Encouraging Employers to Embrace French in the Workplace

The Doing Business in French (Développer des affaires en français, DAF) program, led by the Federation of Quebec Chambers of Commerce. (FCCQ), supports the integration of French within businesses operating in targeted Quebec regions. However, despite its relevance, the initiative remained relatively unknown.
Our mandate was to rethink its digital presence to make it clearer, more accessible, and more compelling for employers, leveraging a strategic, performance-driven approach to expand reach and increase participation.

Transforming a Showcase Site Into a Tool for Mobilization

We completely redesigned the affairesenfrancais.ca/en website, transforming it from an informational showcase into a powerful platform for action. The user experience was simplified and optimized to encourage users to move on to the next steps, such as checking their eligibility, filling out an interest form, and enrolling in the program. The website's tone, content, and overall structure were carefully refined to build trust and drive meaningful action among targeted businesses.

From Click to Enrollment: A Winning Strategy

To support the website redesign, we deployed a comprehensive media strategy combining Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, PMax), Meta Ads, LinkedIn InMail, and Spotify Ads. Each channel was optimized in order to maximize relevance and reach, while ensuring message consistency across various platforms. This integrated approach raised awareness of the Doing Business in French, DAF), program and encouraged a greater number of eligible businesses to enroll.
