Encouraging the Next Generation and Supporting SMEs With the Accueillez un stagiaire Program

Our team supported the FCCQ in the launch of the Accueillez un stagiaire program, a Pratiques RH initiative providing 4,000 wage subsidies totaling $30 million to support Quebec SMEs. Our mandate included developing the program’s visual identity, creating an online platform to streamline application management, and deploying a multi-channel strategy to maximize reach among businesses across all regions.

Shaping a Strong Identity

Amid ongoing labour shortages, the FCCQ mandated us to develop the visual identity and communications strategy for the Accueillez un stagiaire program. We created a distinctive brand aligned with the Pratiques RH platform and established clear positioning supported by targeted messaging for SMEs and microbusinesses. The goal was to clearly communicate the program’s value and eliminate any ambiguity around its core purpose: providing access to wage subsidies for employers welcoming interns.

Simplifying Through Technology

To support the operational implementation of the program, we designed a customized digital platform. This allowed companies to create a secure account, easily submit their grant applications, track their progress in real time, and view all their previous files. This technological solution not only streamlined the internal management of the program, but also improved the user experience by offering transparent and centralized monitoring, thus contributing to the credibility and effectiveness of the system.

Scaling the Program

In parallel, we implemented an integrated communications strategy combining traditional advertising, targeted digital campaigns, high profile media partnerships, and influencer marketing. A consistent message was delivered across multiple channels including sponsored content, radio and podcast segments, video advertising, web banners, and social media carousels and GIFs. This multi channel approach rapidly increased program awareness, generated over 7.5 million impressions, and helped maximize uptake of all 4,000 available subsidies in record time.
