Structuring and Driving Communications for the IGF axiom Engineering Firm Through Outsourcing
Our team revamped the company's communications in order to better showcase its expertise and achievements, highlight an important milestone, and announce a major leadership transition which attracted attention.

A Good Reputation Needing to be Known
IGF axiom brings together nearly 150 professionals with recognized expertise in engineering and occupational health and safety. The firm had an excellent reputation, but its communications did not reflect its scope. Our team took charge of all communications for this SMB, based on an outsourcing model.

Communications Audit and Evolution
In 2025, our mandate began with a comprehensive review of IGF axiom’s social media, communications, web pages, tools, and processes. A concrete and agile action plan was launched, encompassing LinkedIn and Facebook posts, a quarterly newsletter, operational communications, media positioning, press releases and media relations, as well as brand identity. This helped elevate the company’s reputation, expertise, and culture to a level typically reserved for large organizations.

30th Anniversary Branding
To celebrate IGF axiom’s three decades of existence, our team developed the 30th anniversary visual identity and implemented a dedicated editorial style guide across social media and internal communications. These elements then served as a unifying theme throughout the anniversary year.

Announcement of the Co-Presidency
The transition at the top of the organization — moving from a CEO to a co-presidency — marked a pivotal moment for the company. We developed the comprehensive strategic communications plan for the announcement and prepared the Q&A document for media briefings.
Positioning Expertise
Our agency positioned IGF axiom and its executives in leading business and regional media outlets. The topics of company takeovers, proactive succession planning, and the transition to a co-presidency served as key drivers of visibility among a broader business audience.
We needed someone who understood our business as a whole. With deRabane, we could count on a director who became an integral part of our team, yet who offered the critical perspective that an outside eye provides. That is what enabled us to structure our communications at a pivotal moment in our history
What makes the difference is the strategic rigour behind every communication. Whether we're talking about an internal announcement or media positioning, nothing is left to chance. We have gained greater consistency and credibility, both with our employees and our customers.
