Rethinking the Image and Experience of an E-Commerce Site

Our team led the redesign of Lumenco's visual identity, with the goal of modernizing its brand image and establishing the company in a stronger, more consistent market position. This creative work expanded to include a complete redesign of the user experience: a reimagined information architecture, a streamlined purchasing journey, and a conversion funnel optimized at every stage. We managed the entire project in coordination with the developer mandated by Lumenco, thereby ensuring rigour and consistency from strategic vision to final implementation.

Measuring for Better Optimization

To ensure thorough performance tracking, we implemented a comprehensive tagging system using Google Tag Manager, covering all e-commerce events on the transactional website. Simultaneously, we conducted an in-depth analysis of traffic and visitor behaviour; this revealed key issues such as an 85% shopping cart abandonment rate and a page load time that was twice as long as the average. These findings directly guided our UX, SEO, and technical recommendations.

Driving Growth Through B2B Advertising

Following this redesign, we developed and deployed an advertising strategy on Meta in order to increase awareness of Lumenco and boost sales among business customers. By building on the lessons learned during each phase, we refined the targets, messages, and formats; the results thus achieved were significantly above industry benchmarks.
