Redefining Acadie Nouvelle’s Digital Performance in Service of the Community

Reimagining the Digital Presence to Engage the Next Generation
We supported L’Acadie Nouvelle during a strategic reflection aimed at strengthening its ties with the younger generation, aged 18–35. By combining survey insights, media market trends and brand performance data, we identified and implemented concrete actions: modernization of the website and app UX/UI, redesign of subscription offers, and creation of personalized engagement paths.

Turning Interest into a Lasting Engagement
Google advertising campaigns were deployed to attract qualified traffic to the website, encourage content discovery, and drive subscription conversions. Running continuously and supported by targeted bursts promoting the app and the various subscription offers, these campaigns helped strengthen the relationship between the media and its readers.

Driving Performance Through Data
We implemented a comprehensive analytics framework, thus providing L’Acadie Nouvelle with a clear and reliable view of its platforms' performances. By validating data sources and optimizing tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, we strengthened the accuracy of key indicators. The mandate concluded with the creation of interactive dashboards on Looker Studio and tailored training sessions serving to strenghten the autonomy and data-driven culture of their teams.
