Position Talent as a Leading Player in Professional Recruitment

A brand Identity that Embodies Experience

We created Talent's entire visual universe, reflecting the team's credibility, experience, and expertise. The logo, illustrations, and all related visuals were used on the website and in LinkedIn posts, in addition to marketing and event materials. Each element was designed to position the brand as a leader in the professional recruitment sector, as well as highlight the talents and experience of the team's members.

A Web Platform and ATS Serving Candidates and Clients

We designed a website offering a clear and structured user experience for two main audiences: candidates and B2B clients. We integrated and programmed an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to efficiently manage applicants and optimize the recruitment process. The site is securely hosted, SEO-optimized, and supported by multi-channel campaigns designed to attract qualified candidates and increase visibility among client companies.

Recruitment Marketing and Brand Awareness

To enhance Talent's appeal, we developed a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy which included posting offers on major job sites and running multi-channel campaigns. We also positioned the brand and its consultants through a strong editorial strategy on LinkedIn, combined with the organization of B2B events. This connected Talent directly with business communities and raised awareness of the company.
