Designing and Delivering an Immersive Launch Event to Introduce Quandela to the Canadian Market

As part of its expansion into Québec and Canada, Quandela mandated us to design and oversee a launch event bringing together partners, quantum stakeholders, media representatives, and industry leaders.
Our team managed the full scope of event planning: venue selection, visual design (poster, invitations, badges), guest list coordination, information gathering through a dedicated registration questionnaire, development of the operational timeline, and full on-site coordination on launch day. During the event, our team supervised all proceedings and oversaw photo and video capture to support the brand’s digital communications.

Implimenting a Structured Public Relations Strategy to Support Quandela’s Positioning in Canada

We also support Quandela through a comprehensive public relations strategy aimed at increasing its visibility in Canadian media and strengthening its technological credibility.
This approach included drafting and distributing the announcement of the opening of its Canadian subsidiary and the deployment of its first quantum computer in North America; issuing targeted media invitations to support executive speaking opportunities; and publishing an opinion letter addressing the challenges and opportunities at the intersection of quantum–AI in Canada.
In parallel, we developed key messaging, Q&A briefs, and expert positioning materials to clarify complex quantum concepts and establish Quandela as a leading player within Québec’s and Canada’s innovation ecosystem.

Adapting the French-Language Website for the Quebec Market

We carried out a full adaptation of the French-language version of Quandela’s website to ensure linguistic, cultural, and terminological alignment with the Quebec market. This included revising existing content, adjusting tone and references to reflect Quebec usage, and optimizing select sections to better meet the expectations of regional audiences while strengthening brand consistency across digital channels.
This integrated mandate positions Quandela as a significant new force in Canada’s quantum landscape.
