A Brand Identity That Attracts and Inspires

We created SELEKKTUS’ complete visual universe, including the logo, illustrations and all associated visual assets. This new identity was rolled out across the website, advertising campaigns, social media content, and both internal and external communications.
Every visual and editorial element was carefully designed to reinforce SELEKKTUS’ credibility and attract top talent, fully aligned with the agency’s positioning and long-term vision within the recruitment market.

An Optimized Web Platform and Candidate Journey

The website was designed with user experience at the core of all journeys, addressing the needs of two key audiences: candidates and employers. It was securely developed and hosted, with a strong SEO foundation to attract qualified organic traffic.
We also integrated an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), enabling streamlined job management and automated distribution across leading recruitment platforms. This integration maximizes job visibility and optimizes the application process for both candidates and hiring partners.
