A Scalable, User-Centric Website for a Growing Medical Network

ELNA Medical wanted to entirely redesign its website in order to offer a seamless and accessible experience to its patients, while also positioning the platform as a strategic lever for recruiting healthcare professionals. To achieve this, we worked closely with their team to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of their two target audiences — patients and providers — and thus structure the content accordingly. Collaborative workshops, user tests, and a redesign of the site map helped guide the design toward a clear, user-friendly, and functional experience.

We handled the entire development of the website, focusing on a technological solution that is easy to maintain, while also incorporating robust features: geolocation of clinics, online appointment booking, dynamic display of hundreds of pages, management of bilingual content. The result is a responsive, scalable, high-performance website that reflects the scope of the ELNA network and supports its growth efforts among both the general public and its professional community.
