Our team developed the platform's brand identity and strategic positioning, while overseeing the strategy, development, and maintenance of the website. We also implement multichannel campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and driving engagement among businesses across Quebec.

The FCCQ mandated us in order to create and position Pratiques RH as a strong and accessible brand, rooted in the reality of Quebec businesses. We designed the visual identity, graphic universe, and tone of communication so that they reflect both the institutional credibility of the FCCQ and the approachable presence of a partner who understands the daily human resources challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.

Designing a Comprehensive and Scalable Digital Platform

At the heart of the mandate was the creation of the PratiquesRH.com website, an interactive platform bringing together articles, tools, training programs, and exclusive content. The user experience (UX/UI) was designed to ensure a seamless and intuitive journey, from registration and account creation to managing favourites, accessing members-only content, and tracking training progress. The platform is continuously optimized to maintain strong performance, accessibility, and search visibility.

Strengthening Awareness and Sustained Performances

We lead the marketing strategy for Pratiques RH to ensure its visibility and strong presence within Quebec’s digital landscape. Through a comprehensive media mix combining Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Spotify, each campaign is designed to increase awareness, generate qualified traffic, and drive meaningful conversions. Whether users are reading an article, creating an account, or using a diagnostic tool, every interaction helps connect businesses with practical resources that turn HR challenges into concrete solutions.
